Let’s Work It Out

Here’s a snapshot of how I work with my clients…

Step 1: Vent

Step one with all of my clients is an introductory phone call. I want to learn all about you, the work you do, your team, and most importantly: what do you need to get done. This is the time for us to do a chemistry test to make sure we can help one another. And, you can get it all off your chest on what is holding you up!

Step 2: Scope

So now that we’ve connected and are buddy buddy, I’ll scope out your project. From the light touch like meeting design, to the deep dives like strategic planning, each of my clients gets a custom project overview specific to their organization and needs. I’ll send you an engagement letter to review and make sure we’re on the same page.

Step 3: A Fly on The Wall

Once we’ve synced up, I like to start most projects by observing. Either by sitting in on pre-existing team meetings, or conducting 1:1s with your team. This way, I can learn more about existing team dynamics and norms, and can craft our time together to be as efficient as possible.

Step 4: Let’s Get Sh*t Done

It’s go time. Whether we’re IRL or in the Zoom where it happens, it’s time to dig in and let the magic happen!

Step 5: Post Mortem

When our project concludes, I’ll schedule time with you to review our time together, make sure you’re satisfied with the final results, and how I can support your team to carry that work forward with them.
